I prefer cream toners for my dry skin, oily skin may prefer clear toners.
Following lightest to thickets ingredient application - first and second treatments are roughly interchangeable. My recommendations for each:

Wet masks are applied to cleansed skin. Apply one layer of toner before applying your wet mask. Remove wet masks with Konjac Sponge, followed by cleansing.

MICROCURRENT
There are a ton on the market - I've been using NuFace for five years (thanks to Lisa Eldridge) and I like it, the results are subtle but lasting overtime.
I wouldn’t however consider a device a necessity, a regular facial massage practice is a perfect alternative to achieve the similar/same results, and is of course absolute free. I have a facial massage tutorial on my TikTok linked in the footer ;)
If you're interested in owning a microcurrent device I recommend purchasing during a sale at one of the online makeup retailers (Sephora, Dermstore). And if it’s your first time getting one and you’re not sure which to get NuFace is great!
